We’re proud to announce that Chef Ethan will be at the grill for Sausage and Suds!

Ethan Muratori is the new Executive Chef at Horatio’s in San Leandro on the Marina. He brings with him over 20 years of culinary experience ranging from small boutique restaurants like Sage and Onion in Santa Barbara to large corporate run fine dining establishments such as Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in Walnut Creek. Chef Ethan prides himself in climbing the culinary ladder, starting as a dishwasher/prep cook all the way up to Executive Chef. He brings with him a passion for food, people and is very excited to get involved in the community starting with the Suds and Sausage event in San Leandro.
